Bu politika, kokikigames.com’u kullandığında Kokikigames’in (“biz”) hangi bilgileri topladığını, bunları nasıl kullandığını ve hangi seçeneklere sahip olduğunu açıklar. Kişisel verileri 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), uygulandığı durumlarda AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve ilgili diğer mevzuata uygun olarak işleriz.

Biz kimiz

Kokikigames, tarayıcıda oynanan ücretsiz oyunlar sitesidir. Bize iletişim sayfamızdan ulaşabilirsin.

Topladığımız bilgiler

  • Teknik veriler: IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz türü, ziyaret edilen sayfalar, siteye hangi siteden geldiğin ve ziyaret zamanı. Bu bilgileri barındırma sağlayıcımız sunucu kayıtlarında tutar. Siteyi güvende tutmak, kötüye kullanımı engellemek ve kaç kişinin hangi oyunları oynadığını görmek için biz de kendi ziyaret kaydımızı tutarız. Bu kayda yalnızca site yöneticisi bakabilir; reklam için kullanılmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
  • Hesap verileri (yalnızca giriş yaparsan): Google ya da Microsoft ile giriş yaptığında bu sağlayıcıdan adını, e-posta adresini, profil fotoğrafını (yalnızca Google) ve kalıcı bir hesap kimliğini alırız. Şifreni hiçbir zaman almayız ve saklamayız.
  • Oyun ve coin verileri (yalnızca giriş yaparsan): oyuncu adın ve rengin, coin bakiyen ve coin geçmişin, hangi oyunları ne kadar süre oynadığın, en son ne zaman aktif olduğun, kurduğun online odalar ve gönderdiğin ya da aldığın davetler.
  • Bize gönderdiğin mesajlar: bize yazarsan adın ve e-posta adresin.

Oyun oynamak için hesap gerekmez.

Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

  • Siteyi çalıştırmak, güvende tutmak ve sorunları gidermek için.
  • Hesabını oluşturmak ve sürdürmek, coin bakiyeni tutmak ve profilini göstermek için.
  • Giriş yapmış diğer oyunculara çevrimiçi olduğunu göstermek, oyun odalarını listelemek ve oyun davetlerini iletmek için.
  • Siteyi geliştirebilmek için hangi oyunların oynandığını anlamak için.
  • Mesajlarını yanıtlamak için.

Hukuki dayanaklarımız; istediğin hizmeti (hesabını) sunmak, siteyi çalıştırma ve güvende tutmadaki meşru menfaatimiz ve gerektiğinde açık rızandır.

Diğer oyuncular neyi görür

Oyuncu adın, profil rengin ya da fotoğrafın, liderlik tablosundaki coin toplamın ve çevrimiçi olup olmadığın giriş yapmış diğer oyunculara görünür. E-posta adresin diğer oyunculara asla gösterilmez.

Google ve Microsoft ile giriş

Giriş, Google’ın ya da Microsoft’un kendi sayfalarında yapılır. “openid”, “email” ve “profile” izinleriyle yalnızca temel profil bilgilerini (ad, e-posta adresi ve profil fotoğrafı) isteriz. Bu bilgileri yalnızca Kokikigames hesabını oluşturmak ve tanımak için kullanırız. Reklam için kullanmayız, satmayız ve başka kimseyle paylaşmayız. Kokikigames’in Google API’lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na uygundur.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

  • Hostinger (web sitesi barındırma ve veritabanı).
  • Google LLC ve Microsoft Corporation (giriş).
  • PeerJS (online oyunlarda oyuncuları doğrudan birbirine bağlar). Online oyun sırasında IP adresin odadaki diğer oyunculara görünebilir.
  • Bazı oyunlar üçüncü taraf oyun sağlayıcılarından yüklenebilir; bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.

Çerezler

Giriş yaptığında, seni 60 güne kadar oturumda tutan zorunlu “kk_session” çerezini ve yalnızca giriş sırasında kullanılan kısa ömürlü “KKLOGIN” çerezini kullanırız. Seçtiğin site dilini hatırlamak için “kk_lang” çerezini kullanırız. Çıkış yapınca oturum silinir. Bazı oyunlar ayarları ve kayıtlı oyunları tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutar. Çerezleri ve yerel depolamayı istediğin zaman tarayıcı ayarlarından silebilirsin.

Verileri ne kadar saklarız

Hesap, coin ve oyun verileri sen hesabını silene kadar saklanır. Online oda ve davet kayıtları birkaç gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir. Kendi ziyaret kaydımız (IP adresi dahil) 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Sunucu kayıtları barındırma sağlayıcımız tarafından sınırlı bir süre tutulur.

Hakların

Oyuncu adını ve rengini profil sayfanda görebilir ve değiştirebilirsin. Aynı sayfadaki “Hesabımı sil” bağlantısıyla hesabını ve ona bağlı bütün verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Ayrıca verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma hakların vardır. Bunun için iletişim sayfamızdan bize ulaş.

Çocuklar

Oyunlarımız genel kitleye yöneliktir. 13 yaşından (ya da ülkendeki en düşük yaştan) küçük çocuklardan ebeveyn izni olmadan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun hesap açtığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz, hesabı sileriz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kokikigames (“we”, “us”) collects when you use kokikigames.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and other applicable laws.

Who we are

Kokikigames is a free browser games website. You can reach us through our contact page.

Information we collect

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the site that sent you to us and time of visit. Our hosting provider records this in server logs. We also keep our own visit log to keep the site secure, stop abuse and see how many people play which games. Only the site administrator can see this log; it is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone.
  • Account data (only if you sign in): when you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, profile picture (Google only) and a permanent account identifier from that provider. We never receive or store your password.
  • Game and coin data (only if you sign in): your player name and color, coin balance and coin history, which games you play and for how long, when you were last active, online rooms you create and invitations you send or receive.
  • Messages you send us: your name and email address if you contact us.

Playing games does not require an account.

How we use it

  • To run the website, keep it secure and fix problems.
  • To create and maintain your account, keep your coin balance and show your profile.
  • To show other signed-in players that you are online, list your game rooms and deliver game invitations.
  • To understand which games are played so we can improve the site.
  • To answer your messages.

Our legal bases are performing the service you asked for (your account), our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and your consent where required.

What other players can see

Your player name, profile color or picture, coin total on the leaderboard and whether you are online are visible to other signed-in players. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Google and Microsoft sign-in

Sign-in is handled on Google’s or Microsoft’s own pages. We only request basic profile information (name, email address and profile picture) through the “openid”, “email” and “profile” scopes. We use this information only to create and identify your Kokikigames account. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with anyone else. Kokikigames’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

  • Hostinger (website hosting and database).
  • Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation (sign-in).
  • PeerJS (connects players directly in online games). During an online game your IP address may be visible to the other players in the room.
  • Some games may be loaded from third-party game providers, which process data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

When you sign in we set a required cookie named “kk_session” that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days, and a short-lived “KKLOGIN” cookie used only during sign-in. We also use a “kk_lang” cookie to remember the site language you chose. Signing out deletes the session. Some games store settings and saved games in your browser’s local storage. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep data

Account, coin and game data are kept until you delete your account. Online room and invitation records are deleted automatically within days. Our own visit log (including IP addresses) is deleted automatically after 30 days. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.

Your rights

You can see and change your player name and color on your profile page. You can delete your account and all related data at any time with the “Delete my account” link on that page. You also have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us through our contact page.

Children

Our games are for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without parental consent. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
